The Future
Dhulikhel Hospital is working towards institutional and economic sustainability
within 9-11 years, based on the Municipality grant, hospital income, interest
generated by the seed moneys, hospital insurance income and other activities.
Curative and preventive services will be expanded to incorporate different
speciality, Pathology labs, Oncology, and Community development programs
in subsequent years.
Although Dhulikhel Hospital has made tremendous progress towards reaching
its goal, assistance is still needed in several areas:
- Financial support for further infrastructure
- Backup financial assistance for the hospital running expenses
- Material support - medical & non medical
- Ambulance vehicle
- Communication & transport support
- Medical staff including Internist, Maintenance staff
- Technical assistance
- Medical and Non Medical Staff Exchange Program
