Nepal is one of the mountainous and land locked countries of Asia with a population of over 20 million.

It lies in south asia between china(north) and India(east,west and south).

It is the only hindu kingdom in the world.

Nepal is situated in the lap of himalayas and is the birth place of lord Buddha.

The Tilicho lake which is situated in the highest altitude in the world is also situated in Nepal.

Nepal has humid subtropical climate due to vast stretch of Asian land and the Pacific oceans. 

Different latitudes and monsoon winds cause different types of climate.

Geographycally Nepal is divided into three regions-

1. himalayan region, 

2. hilly region and 

3. terai region.   

Nepal is divided into 14 zones 75 districts and 5 development regions.

Nepal has been  heavily bestowed by nature, the beauties of the places like Pokhara,dhulikhel, chitwan,Tansen and also many other remote untouched areas are the best place to attract every human mind.

Varied climate causes various natural resources and wildlife,population and their occupation and their general life.  

There are  5 types of vegetation 

1.Tropical evergreen forest

2.Sub tropical deciduous forest

3.Temperate evergreen coniferous

4.The alpine forest 

5. The alpine vegetation   

Nepal is called an ecological laboratory as different types of vegetation with different animals are found here.

Nepal is a country of divergence in terms of caste, language, dress, religion, customs etc. 

Nepal is the  common garden of 4 castes and 36 subcastes.

Seven cultural heritagtes and and two natural heritages of Nepal has been listed under the world heritage list by UNESCO.

 The cultural heritages are as follows

1.Pashupatinath

2.Swayambhunath

3.Bouddhanath

4.Kathmandu Durbar square 

5. Patan Durbar Square

6. Bhaktapur Durbar square 

7. Changunarayan

8. Lumbini

The natural heritages are as follows 

1. Sagarmatha national park and

2. Royal Chitwan National Park.

Inspite of all these differences they live in 1 country Nepal and speak a common language Nepali.

In different regions people celebrate different festivals like dashain, tihar, gai jatra, indra jatra,teej lhosar, chhatt etc.

We all Nepalese  are like danphe and rainbow with different colors.

We are undivided like a garland woven in a fabric.

The art of painting, architect and paintings of Nepal are famous all over the world.

Nepal is predominantly an agricultural country.

About 92%of the people in Nepal are engaged in in cultivation.

Nepal has a high potential of producing electricity(83,000 Mega watts) through it's water resources.

The tourist industry also is the great source of income of Nepal.

Nepal can be an exotic place for the people who wish to have the experiences and adventures that lasts upon their life time and it is also the best places for the pilgrimages.

The legend is that the first tourist of Nepal was Ekai kawaguchi of Japan.

Nepal is the country with small area with great divergence in culture, arts, religion and vegetation.

In the world the Nepalese people are always renowed of their bravery and their hospitality.

Nepal, from the early times, has spread the message of love and peace in the world through the two eyes of Swayambhunath.
