INTRODUCTION

Nepal is south asian country.

It is in between two big countries of world.

Nepal consists varities of weather.

Mountainous region of Nepal is very cold,Hilly region is not soohot and not soo cold wheras terai region of Nepal is very hot.

Nepal is a hindu kingdom but in Nepal other religions are also equally respected.

ie, we posses religious tolerance.

Terai region of Nepal is very fertile so it is consider as store of food grains of Nepal.

Mountanious region is famous for it's natural beauty wheras hilly region is identified because of it's cultural heritage.



One proverb is popular about nepali society ie,"unity in variety is the characteristics of Nepali society".

Nepali society has it's own norms and values.

we believe in unity and friendship.

we respect our ancestors and even today we are following the same culture and tradtion left by them.

Major festivals of Nepal are Dashain and Tihar.

They fall in september/october.

National dress of Nepal is "daura suruwal" for man and "cholo and fariya" for woman.

National food of Nepal is "Dal,Bhat and Tarkari".



Some of the beautiful cities of Nepal are Pokhara,Dharan,Biratnagar,Lalitpur,Bhaktapur and of course Kathmandu. 

Jomshom,Manang,Mustang and Ghandruk are famous for treeking.

Every year thousands of tourists visit nepal.

Nepal is also considr as "land of peace"since it is the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha.

Nepal is the country of Mount Everest which is known as the highest peak of the world.
