*It is grown wild rather than cultivated

*Pregnant women and peple suffering from *Nightblindness/iron deficency can benefit from it.

*It is one of the most healthiest food but people are less aware of its benefits because most Nepalese have the concept that only poor people go for this food.
*This concept is no longer true as Doctors also refer this food to their patients.

*It can be fried or taken as Soup.
