HEALTHY FOOD IN NEPAL
NAME:ANARSHA
Anarsha , a typical Nepali food comes under sweet category.It has round shape and white colour.It is neither too soft nor too hard.
Only few ingredients are use to cook this food & they are rice flour, sugar, ghee & khoshta dana (Nepali herb).
To make this food rice flour, sugar & ghee are mix together & dough is mabe. By taking small amount of dough is trun into round shape with the help of fingers & khoshta dana is put on its front side & it is deeply fry in ghee.
It is consume in Terai & Hilly region of Nepal.But cooking style in Hilly region is slightly different.
It is serve with aalu ko achar(pickle) or with some other pickle.Mostly people in Nepal make this food in the special occasion .We can have it in breakfast and some people also prefer it as snacks.
Talking about nutrient value , it is highly rich in carbohydrates. It also contain minerals and protein as well . On the other hand it has also got some type of vitamin stored in it . All these nutritious element present in this food makes it the healthy food.
